We started ROOH Studio because we wanted to share our love of dance with the world. Our strength is using technology, data, and thoughtful course design to rethink the way people learn to dance.

By merging technological changes and a new approach to dance education we can create a dance class that’s 10X better than current studio offerings. We’re building a future where anyone can become the dancer they want to be, raising the next million dance fans into the next million dancers, one step at a time.

**Position Overview:**


We are in pursuit of a dynamic individual proficient in crafting SEO-optimized content and strategizing social media initiatives. The candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our digital footprint, augmenting web traffic, and elevating customer engagement through meticulously crafted, SEO-enhanced content across various social media platforms.

**Core Responsibilities:**


- Formulate and execute robust SEO strategies to amplify online presence.


- Generate compelling, optimized content for diverse social media channels to foster audience engagement and expansion.


- Monitor and analyze social media trends and metrics to refine content strategies effectively.


- Undertake daily analytical reporting on social media performance, deriving actionable insights.

 

**Qualifications:**


- Demonstrated expertise in content creation with a strong emphasis on SEO and social media management.


- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.


- Proficiency in leveraging web publications and social media platforms for brand growth.

3.   Grant Proposal Developer & Research Analyst

Seeking a seasoned Grant Proposal Developer and Research Analyst dedicated to uncovering funding avenues and crafting persuasive grant proposals. This role demands a meticulous approach to research, ensuring alignment with grant criteria and organizational objectives.

**Core Responsibilities:**


- Identify and analyze prospective grant opportunities that align with our strategic goals.


- Develop and submit compelling grant proposals and applications.


- Execute comprehensive research to bolster grant applications, ensuring adherence to stipulations.


- Prepare and manage documentation and reports pertinent to grant applications.

4.   Event Location Scout & Negotiator - Free/Paid Venues

We require a dedicated Event Location Scout and Negotiator to identify and secure venues for hosting various workshops and events. This role demands proficiency in research and negotiation to acquire optimal locations under favorable terms.

- Conduct in-depth research to locate suitable venues for events, spanning both complimentary and paid options.


- Engage and negotiate with venue proprietors to secure bookings.


- Develop and maintain a detailed database of potential event locations.


- Liaise with marketing and event coordination teams to ensure seamless planning.
